The Estée Lauder brand appointed Marie-Pierre Stark-Flora to the position of senior vice president, global marketing, Estée Lauder. She will assume her position on Oct. 6 and report to Jane Hertzmark Hudis, global brand president for Estée Lauder.
Stark-Flora was the founder and most recently the chief marketing officer of Iluminage, a skinc are device company created through a joint venture between Unilever and Syneron Medical. She previously served as vice president of global marketing development for Kiehl’s; and has also held senior marketing positions at L'Oréal, for Giorgio Armani Cosmetics, Ralph Lauren Beauty and Helena Rubinstein, as well as at Jurlique.
