Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to identify the up-and-coming companies liked best by their employees in the inaugural ranking of America's best startup employers. The list was compiled by evaluating 2,500 American businesses with at least 50 employees on three criteria: employer reputation, employee satisfaction and growth.
"We are honored to be recognized by Forbes as one of the best startup companies in the U.S.," said Diane S. Goostree, President and CEO of Alastin Skincare. "Our success is due to our incredible employees who live by our core values each and every day: Innovation, Customer Focus, Collaboration, Respect for Each Other and Dedication to Success. Our team has worked together to develop and launch breakthrough products in the physician-dispensed skincare space, resulting in Alastin being recognized not only as a great place to work, but also as the fastest growing company in the professional channel for three years in a row. We look forward to continuing to provide new and innovative peri-procedure and daily skincare products to our physician customers and their patients."
