Sephora Adds Same Day Delivery Service to Bring Beauty Products on Demand

Also unveils revamped shopping advisory tool called Live Beauty Help.

To make the shopping experience more convenient for customers, Sephora will offer same-day delivery service nationwide. 
 
Nearly half of Sephora shoppers place same day delivery in their top three delivery methods, according to the beauty retail giant’s own data.

The service is available seven days a week in most major cities and suburbs for all orders placed before 4 pm local time. Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be delivered the next day. There is a flat fee of $6.95 for same-day service.

In addition, Sephora is also reintroducing its shopping advisory tool, Live Beauty Help. Formerly known as Home Chat, the revamped Live Beauty Help tool is said to elevate the traditional chat experience by connecting clients directly with a live person, beauty advisor who is an expert in Sephora’s categories, product assortment and application.

Clients were able to previously use this tool on Sephora.com, and has now expanded on the Sephora App, said the company.
