Marie Mignon Is New Chief Scientific Officer at Prose

Prose has promoted Marie Mignon, previously VP of R&D, to serve as tits first chief scientific officer She is responsible for setting scientific priorities that align with the vision of our company, and overseeing scientific operations including data science and R&D.

Mignon, who will oversee a team of five female chemists and the data science team, was one of the first employees to join Prose. She has demonstrated over the last five years her extensive scientific knowledge, extraordinary management capabilities, onboarding and mentoring the R&D leadership team, and expanding her scope to new verticals with scientific measurement and scientific communication in 2022, according to the fast-growing hair care company.

Prior to Prose, Mignon spent eight years at L'Oréal holding titles including innovation leader, innovation and research team leader and more. She has a Master's degree in science and engineering from AgroParis Tech and currently resides in Paris.
