Procedure | |
Mix the ingredients of phase A, while slowly stirring. Mix all the ingredients of phase C in a separate beaker, while slowly stirring. Prepare in a separate beaker phase B while slowly stirring: mix the ingredients dimethicone, Dispersun, Solastay S1, Hallbrite BHB, Frescolat ML and Isocide BAS while slowly stirring and heating to 40°C (do not exceed 50°C). When the mixture is homogeneous, add gradually the Zano under continuous mixing. Homogenize with a high-speed disperser. Add phase B to phase A while slowly stirring, homogenize at slow speed. Add phase C to the previous mixture while slowly mixing and homogenizing. When a gel is obtained, homogenize at high speed (1-2 min) with a high-speed disperser. | |
