Inspired by the vibrant neon shades found in designer Jeremy Scott's Fall/Winter 2018 collection, Miss Pop for Essie channeled the trendsetter's raver muse by creating a "cool techno animal print" on nails. The pro used a playful pattern to accent the looks on the runway. The collection pays homage to French designers Courréges and Pierre Cardin allowed for color and creativity to flow into the beauty.
Essie used one of my all-time favorite shades, Tart Deco, to complete the nail artistry. This creamy coral is timeless and so versatile! It was also used alongside neutrals and metallics at the Tanya Taylor show. The nail brand's most recent launch is the Desert Mirage collection, a mix of opulent earthy naturals reflecting under the moon.
Inspired by the cheeky vibrant colors of various fabrics in Jeremy Scott’s collection, Wella Professionals Global Creative Director of Care & Styling Eugene Souleiman took cues from the cult classic Fifth Element and imagined neon geometric wigs in electric yellow, tangerine, lilac, pink, green and turquoise – the sharper and shinier the better.
In other news, Jeremy Scott recently kicked off his techno-inspired makeup collaboration with MAC Cosmetics.
