Personal Care Wipes to Grow 6% by 2008

Personal care wipes are one of the fastest growing wipe segments in North America and are worth more than half a billion a year in sales, according to “The expanding nonwoven wipes business in North America and Europe—market outlook from 2002 to 2008” by John R. Starr Inc., Naples, FL. These wipes, which do not include baby care and household cleaning wipes, are expected to grow 6% in volume in the next five years.
