On Tuesday, February 3, 2009, legendary folk icon, Judy Collins, will perform live at The Fifth Annual Beyond Beauty Gala to benefit The James E. Marshall OCD Foundation, an organization dedicated to genetic research and awareness for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Hosted by television and radio personality, Leeza Gibbons, the evening’s event will be held at The Union League Club in New York City and will honor Heidi Manheimer, Chief Executive Officer for Shiseido Cosmetics America, and Lesley Jane Seymour, Editor-in-Chief of More Magazine.
Heidi Manheimer is currently CEO for Shiseido Cosmetics America, the U.S. subsidiary of Japanese cosmetics giant, Shiseido Company Ltd., a position she has held since 2006. Notably, Ms. Manheimer is the first American female CEO in the company’s 136-year history. Under her leadership, Shiseido Cosmetics America has experienced tremendous growth in the U.S. market, establishing the brand as one of the top ten most popular prestige beauty lines, according to NPD.
