At Blyth, Inc.’s annual meeting in Greenwich, CT today, stockholders re-elected directors Robert B. Goergen, Neal I. Goldman and Howard E. Rose.
Goergen is founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Blyth, Inc. He is also chairman of the Ropart Group, a private equity investment firm.
Goldman joined Blyth’s board of directors in 1991. He has been the president of Goldman Capital Management, Inc., an investment advisory firm, since 1985.
Rose, who joined the board of directors in 1998, served as vice chairman of the board from April 1998 to June 2000 and was Blyth’s vice president and CFO from 1978 to April 1998.
