Dr. Paul Anastas, Assistant Administrator for the Office of Research and Development and Science Advisor to the United States Environmental Protection Agency will kick off Sustainable Fragrances 2011! Known widely as the "Father of Green Chemistry" for his groundbreaking research on the design, manufacture, and use of minimally-toxic, environmentally-friendly chemicals, Dr. Anastas has an extensive record of leadership in government, academia, and the private sector. Dr. Anastas will present on "Green Chemistry and the Fragrance Industry."
This year's 3rd annual event will take place June 9 and 10 in Arlington, VA and will bring together more than 100 perfumers, CEOs, senior level R&D managers, regulatory affairs and product stewardship managers, scientists, sales and marketing executives and supply chain managers.
