Vevy Europe’s Hyaluramine-S is a 20% solution of hydrolyzed glycosaminoglycans, beta glucan which has been stabilized in water without the use of preservatives. It is an active principle precursor of HA carrying out a deep moisturizing action. With a molecular weight of less than 500 Daltons (average of 300 Da), it easily penetrates the skin and becomes part of the anabolic cycle of muccopolysaccharides and takes a major role in the synthesis of new glycosaminoglycans (GAGs). Hyaluramine-S also promotes the redistribution of free water and bound water in the dermis within normal parameters, supporting a long lasting moisturizing action.
By definition, HA typically has a 25kDA minimum molecular weight, and this prevents penetration through the skin, leaving a film of the active on the surface of the skin. Hylauramine-S also links to water, and effectively penetrates the skin while bringing along the actives in your formulation. Think of Hylauramine-S as a sponge, full of water that is moisturizing the skin at its deepest levels with long lasting effects. Anyone looking to produce a moisturizer with anti-aging properties should have Hyaluramine-S in their formula.
Like all of Vevy’s products Hyaluramine-S is stable, effective and safe (Dermo Cosmetic Grade).
