McConnell Joins The Council

Named director, public affairs and communications.

The Personal Care Products Council hired Hayley McConnell as director, public affairs and communications.  In this role, McConnell will expand the Council’s media outreach furthering the industry’s commitment to educate key stakeholders about important issues facing cosmetic and personal care products companies. 

McConnell previously worked at the National Grocers Association where she enhanced the organization’s social media presence and overall presence in Washington, DC.  Prior to that, she worked for several high profile public affairs firms in DC representing a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 companies, associations and a number of political candidates.
