Borghese family takes on Revlon

Who owns the name, Borghese? Is it Princess Marcella's family or an investment group run by Georgette Mosbacher? The world will find out when the trial opens later this summer. Borghese Inc was founded by Princess Marcella Borghese and Revlon in the 1950s and developed into a well-known cosmetics brand. Today, Borghese Inc. is led by Mosbacher, a prominent Republican fund-raiser and its investors include members of the Saudi royal family.

The lawsuit was first filed by the Borghese family in July 2010. A Federal District Judge insists that the trial start in July or August at the latest. Stay tuned.
