Two members of the US Senate say there has been movement in “key stcking points” in the debate over the reform of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-OK.), chairman of the US Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, and Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA), EPW Ranking Member, issued the following statement on negotiations to reform TSCA:
“We have negotiated in good faith and are extremely pleased that we have reached an agreement on key sticking points of the TSCA reform bill. We have an incredible team that is working tirelessly, and we look forward to finalizing the deal with House negotiators.”
