Dr. Bronner’s has promoted Marc De Rosa to director of sales and Gina Coccari to senior national sales manager.
The two assumed leadership of Dr. Bronner’s sales department in January of this year and have since acted as interim co-directors of sales under CEO David Bronner and president Michael Bronner, working closely with director of marketing Christina Volgyesi.
“Over their years of tenure at Dr. Bronner’s, and during the past 6 months especially, Marc De Rosa and Gina Coccari have proven that they are the leaders we need to grow our sales and take our company to the next level. The strategic vision and coordination we have had under their leadership is the best it has ever been,” said Michael Bronner, in a statement.
In their new roles, De Rosa and Coccari will join Dr. Bronner’s executive council, which is comprised of representatives of the company’s senior leadership and advises on the company’s decisions, operations, growth, and development, and ensures they reflect the integrity of Dr. Bronner’s All-One! mission and values.
“Marc and Gina have been keystones to Dr. Bronner’s growth as well as new account acquisition and management for some time, and it’s an honor to formally promote them to head our sales department for the long-term. Leveraging their deep experience and expertise with our marketing and executive teams, the Dr. Bronner’s starship is firing on all cylinders like never before, with exciting new sales initiatives and growth opportunities ahead of us,” added David Bronner CEO of Dr. Bronner’s. “But most importantly they are deeply committed to the mission and vision that makes Dr. Bronner’s unique in the natural personal care space and in the marketplace generally.”

De Rosa joined Dr. Bronner’s in 2012. As director of Sales at Dr. Bronner’s, Marc De Rosa leads and directs U.S. sales operations for the company including its inside sales and mass-market divisions, and a team of over 35 staff. He has built and continues to oversee the company’s presence in key major retailers such as Costco, Target, Kroger, Trader Joes, Bed Bath & Beyond, Vitamin Shoppe, Rite Aid, REI, Lidl, and Walmart.
Coccari joined Dr. Bronner’s in 2010. As senior national sales manager, she leads and directs the company’s natural regional sales teams across the country. In this capacity, she oversees the company’s presence in such natural retail channels as Whole Foods Market, Sprouts, NCG, INFRA, Natural Grocers Vitamin Cottage, Earth Fare, Fresh Thyme, as well as has previously managed conventional retailers Walgreens, ULTA Beauty, and Target.
