As part of its business transformation plan known as Mirai Shift Nippon 2025, Shiseido Company has announced that it will offer an early retirement incentive plan to as many as 1,500 staff members in Japan.
The plan entails providing special additional benefits and reemployment support to employees.
At the end of 2022, Shiseido had approximately 39,000 employees, including full, part-time and temporary workers.
In its announcement today, Shisiedo also detailed its “Mirai Career Plan” to provide “support for employees who are committed to work together for the future transformation of Shiseido, as well as for employees who choose to pursue external career opportunities.”
Franck Marilly, currently EMEA region chairman, will become EMEA region CEO on March 1, 2024.
Also on March 1, Alberto Noe, currently EMEA region CEO, will become EMEA deputy region CEO.
