• Kate Drummond, VP of marketing and business development
With nine years at BASF Corp in a variety of roles and industries, most recently heading marketing for the North America Personal Care business, Kate Drummond brings a strong background in innovation management, product launch, and strategy. She is charged with leading the strategy for expansion of P2’s proprietary technology platforms across industries, together with the CEO and President. Kate brings additional experience in non-profit environmental advocacy and government relations, prior to earning her MBA at the University of Michigan.• Jeff Parker, VP of sales
Jeff Parker is a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of the personal care market and formulation. At P2, he is responsible for leading sales initiatives and cultivating strategic partnerships to accelerate revenue growth across key markets. Jeff brings a unique perspective to his role, having worked in contract manufacturing, finished goods, raw material manufacturing, and chemical distribution in various commercial and technical roles. His most recent experience was at IMCD in principal management, and he previously led the North American sales team at BASF Personal Care.• Aaron Peterson, director of sales West Coast
Aaron Peterson joins P2 focusing on developing the Personal Care market for P2’s unique chemistries on the west coast of the US. Aaron brings over 20 years of experience between the lab and sales to P2. His work has spanned personal care, color cosmetics, and nutraceuticals. He most recently served as manager for Intermountain and Midwest regional sales at Barnet Corporation.
