The number one complaint I hear from my patients is that they look and feel old. So to help them get back to a more youthful appearance, energy and attitude, I began to investigate the competing theories of aging. I theorized that if there were a way to protect and promote the strength of all cell membranes, I could help people gradually create a population of younger-acting, water-tight cells. With a body built of younger-acting cells, the person would in turn look and feel younger.

I developed a 10-week strategy for protection and promoting cellular integrity called Inclusive Health® that addresses topical health, internal health and emotional health – to create an ideal cellular environment. My years of testing demonstrated that this approach not only improved cellular health, with research subjects reporting that they looked and felt more alive than they had in years within weeks of starting the program.

In my new book, The Water Secret, I show you how remarkably simple it is to make small changes that lead to a huge difference in the way you look and feel. By following the simple steps outlined in the book, you, and your patients/clients will gain new insights into how using topical care can address the needs of our largest, most visible and most interconnected organ, our skin. An internal care strategy floods our bodies with the building blocks of healthier, stronger new cells, and emotional self-care shows us how to fight back against the pervasive effects of Cultural Stress™.

I tell my patients “your best is yet to come” because I’ve seen first hand the profound difference that an Inclusive Health approach can make.
