The Society of Cosmetic Chemists 69th annual scientific meeting and technology showcase comes to New York City’s Hilton Hotel & Towers this month.
Here is a look at the presentations that will be made during the opening general session on Dec. 11:
• “Innovations and Emerging Trends,” moderated by Akshay Talati— Proteasomal Enhancement: An Innovative Well-Aging Strategy, Dominik Stuhlmann, Ph.D. Symrise SAS; Stimulation of Klotho and AMPK Activity to Mimic Caloric Restriction-Induced Anti-Aging Activity in Skin, Fred Zuelli, Ph.D., Mibelle Biochemistry; Fighting Against Chronic Emotional Stress-Induced Fat Accumulation, Jean-Francois Nicolay, Ph.D. Exsymol; and Targeting Outer Root Sheath Stem Cells and Dermal Papilla Fibroblasts to Reactivate the Hair Cycle, Fabrice LeFevre, Ph.D., Induchem Inc.
