Fill main vessel with phase A. Begin heating. In side vessel, add phase B, slurry, and add to phase A at 45C. In a separate vessel, add phase C in order and heat. As phase C is heating, at 45-50°C add phase D to the batch. Mix until uniform and continue heating to 75-80°C. When both oil and water phases reach 75-80°C, slowly add oil phase to main vessel with moderate mixing. When added, allow to mix for 3-5 minutes, then homogenize for 1-2 minutes. Begin cooling batch. At 60°C, add phase E. At 40-45°C add phase F to batch. (Note: Premix phase F in a separate vessel, then add to batch.) Continue mixing and cooling. Add phases G and H. At 30-35°C, add phase I and then homogenize for 1-2 minutes.
