Phase A
Deionized water
Structure ZEA starch (AkzoNobel) (Hydroxypropyl starch phosphate)
Amaze (AkzoNobel) (Corn starch)
Structure PQ-37M (51% active) (AkzoNobel) (Polyquaternium-37 (and) mineral oil (and) trideceth-6)
Brij S2-SO-(AP) (Croda) (Steareth-2)

Phase B
Brij S721-SO-(AP) (Croda) (Steareth-21)

Phase C
Glydant Plus (liquid) (Lonza) (DMDM hydantoin (and) iodopropynyl butylcarbamate)

Combine ingredients in phase A in the order that they are listed and heat to 80°C while mixing between 200- 300 rpm. Maintain heat at 80°C. Heat phase B ingredients in a secondary beaker to 80°C. When both phases are at 80°C, add phase B to phase A and keep mixing between 200-300 rpm for about 15 minutes. Turn off heat and start to cool batch to room temperature while continuing to mix. Add phase C preservative to combined phases when temperature is at 45°C or below

Viscosity:15,000-40,000 cps. Spindle C @ 10 rpm, Brookfield RVTD; Viscometer:25°C; Appearance-White - opaque; pH-4.5-5.5.n
