Procedure | |
Weigh phase A ingredients. Disperse Carbomer in water and let hydrate for 30 minutes. Weigh and mix ingredients for Phase B and C. Add Phase B and C to Phase A and emulsify for 30 minutes. Add Phase D and adjust speed to the increase in viscosity. Add Phase E and let mix for 5 minutes. Make up volume with Phase F. Mix for 30 minutes until uniform. | |
