Procedure | |
In separate vessel, add components of Phase A separately with mixing while heating to a temperature of 50C. Mix until uniform and homogeneous. Begin cooling mixture to temperature <35C. Each in separate vessel, add components of Phase B and Phase C separately with mixing. Mix until uniform. When main vessel has cooled to 35C, add Phases B and C to Phase A. Mix until uniform. Add Phase D to main vessel to adjust pH to 4.80—5.40. Add Phase E to main vessel with gentle agitation. Mix until uniform. | |
