Procedure | |
Add water and AquaStyle SH-100. Mix until uniform. Add sodium hydroxide and mix until uniform. Add remaining phase A ingredients one by one and mix until uniform. Then heat phase A to 75°C. In a separate container, add all phase B ingredient and heat to 75°C. At 75°C, add phase B into phase A. Mix for 15-20 minutes and begin cooling to 25°C. At, 55°C, add KF-995 and mix until uniform. At 45°C, add Optiphen BSB-w and Procataline G2. Mix until uniform. At 35°C, add Belsil ADM 8301E and mix until uniform. Premix Cremaphore RH-40 and Robertet fragrance until uniform. Add to the batch and mix until uniform. | |
