Procedure | |
Preparation (100 g). Mix A and C separately and heat them at 80°C. Add B to A and stir. Add AB to C slowly stirring with homo mixer at 4,000 rpm and stir at 4,000 rpm for 4 min. Add D to ABC stirring with a paddle at 100 rpm. Cool down with ice water stirring with a paddle. | |

pH: 5.5-6.5 (25°C). Viscosity: 20,000-40,000 mPas (25°C Brookfield viscometer No. 4, 12 rpm). Formula is stable for two months under the condition of 0°C, 25°C and 50°C. | |
