Zep Unveils Next-Gen Degreasers and Cleaners at Lowe’s

Zep launched three products, including two of its flagship degreasers, at Lowe’s Home Improvement stores nationwide. The retailer, which has approximately 1,700 home improvement and outlet stores in the US, is now carrying Zep Heavy-Duty Citrus Degreaser & Cleaner Mist Industrial Purple Degreaser & Cleaner Mist and Outdoor Foaming Cleaner & Brightener.

The Heavy-Duty Citrus and Industrial Purple Degreaser & Cleaner Mist products utilize non-aerosol, propellant-free Flairosol technology that can be sprayed upside down. A single pump delivers quick coverage, while multiple pumps offer a continuous spray, making cleaning more efficient and comfortable, according to the company, which was ranked No. 27 in Happi’s 2024 Top 50 Report.

Zep says the technology brings a sustainable, environmentally friendly option to the market by bridging the gap between traditional ready-to-use and aerosol bottles.

Brand officials describe the Outdoor Foaming Cleaner & Brightener as a “game-changer.” The bleach-based cleaner clings to surfaces in a ready-to-use format that eliminates mixing solutions or using a pressure washer. It effectively removes algae, mold, mildew, dirt, grime, and pollen, making it ideal for patios, outdoor furniture and décor, according to Zep.

Lowe’s is also now carrying Zep Plus Glass.
