The collaboration brings an edible version of Tarte’s new Maracuja Cherry Crush Lip Collection.

For fans of Tarte Cosmetics itching to taste its Maracuja Cherry Crush Lip Collection, now they can.
The brand has teamed with Trü Frü to craft a “better-for-you” snack made with hyper-chilled “tarte” cherries, coated in premium dark and white chocolate.
The collaboration comes as beauty enthusiasts ride the cherry girl aesthetic wave this summer 2025.
The launch marks Tarte’s first shade and flavor extension within its cult-favorite maracuja juicy lip franchise. One sells every six seconds globally, per the brand.
“2025 is officially cherry coded, and we’re so excited to celebrate it with our first-ever food collaboration – because the intersection of food and beauty is just too delicious to ignore,” said Maureen Kelly, founder and CEO of Tarte Cosmetics. “We infused our best-selling maracuja juicy lip formulas with a limited-edition cherry scent, shade and package for the first time ever – because your lips deserve to look and smell as good as they feel. Partnering with Trü Frü was a no-brainer: juicy, indulgent and good-for-you ingredients.”
Trü Frü x Tarte Cherry launches alongside Tarte Cosmetics’ limited-edition maracuja juicy lip cherry crush collection, which features a new shade, flavor and limited-edition cap design. The collection includes all formulas from the viral maracuja juicy lips range—plump, balm, vinyl, shimmer glass, melt mask and lip oil—with the cherry crush scent.
Available on April 11 at TruFru.com while supplies last for $50, the Trü Frü x Tarte bundle includes a bag of Trü Frü x tarte™ Cherry, an exclusive Tarte Cherry Crush PR vault with six maracuja juicy lips in limited-edition cherry crush shade and scent in best-selling formulas: plump, balm, vinyl, shimmer glass, melt mask, lip oil and phone case holder and a custom Cherry Crush baseball hat.
The limited-edition maracuja juicy lip cherry crush collection will be available for purchase for consumers to shop on tarte.com on April 11.
In Target stores nationwide starting May 4, consumers can shop the Trü Frü x Tarte Cherry while supplies for $7.59.
