Combine Phase A and mix well using a dispersing blade until smooth and uniform. In a separate vessel, combine Phase B and mix until uniform. Emulsify by adding Phase B to Phase A under low/moderate shear (~800rpm). Then increase speed to 1,800 rpm for 1 minute.
Appearance: Opaque white cream. Viscosity: Brookfield T-F, Speed 6, 30 seconds @ 25°C - 24hr 88,330 cps. Stability: - -5°C, 4°C, 25°C, 40°C, 50°C - 3 Months: Passed.
