California-based skincare brand Junoco has launched at Ulta Beauty with an after-shower ritual inclusive of a 14-product body care assortment.

The launch marks the brand’s first nationwide body care retail launch and largest retail expansion to date with entry into 850 Ulta Beauty stores and online, officials said.

The Satinslip Hand & Foot Mask for overnight repair, $26.

“Junoco feels like the little moments that make an ordinary day better: warm water on skin, the scent that lingers after a shower, textures that disappear without a trace, and products you reach for without thinking,” said Founder Kyle Jiang. “The product is skincare, but the world is built around everyday rituals people genuinely look forward to.”

The Ulta assortment includes the Body Oil Rinse for in-shower care; the Full Body Nectar Serum and Soft-Whipped Body Butter; the Silky Buffing Butter Scrub; the Full Body Glimmer Mist; the Nail & Cuticle Polishing Gloss; and the Satinslip Hand & Foot Mask for overnight repair. Eight products have launched in-store and on ulta.com, with six additional SKUs available through ulta.com, including four refill pods, Pear Glimmer Puff and Aura Rosé Mist.

Homing In on the ‘Skin-Close’ Philosophy

Junoco introduced body care two years ago as an extension of its “skin-close” philosophy that brand officials say built its DTC following — textures that dissolve into skin, scents that “stay close” and products designed to feel worth repurchasing. The category has since become the brand’s fastest-growing segment, officials say, with year-to-date body care sales up 115% versus the same period last year and a 43% returning customer rate on its refillable pod SKUs.

A feature of the assortment is Junoco’s refillable pod system. Four of the in-store products — Body Butter, Melt Cream, Buffing Butter Scrub, and Satinslip Hand & Foot Mask — accept swap-in refill pods sold on ulta.com, giving customers an affordable way to restock with less packaging waste. The system gives Junoco a distinctive refillable format within the body care aisle and was validated through the reatailer’s DTC channel before being brought to retail.

“Refillable beauty works best when it is tied to products people genuinely come back to,” said Founder Kyle Jiang. “That is how we think about sustainability: practical, repeatable and still desirable.”
