As consumers brave the summer heat, they’re leaning into the “analog summer.”

From tending a small garden to scratch-made summer treats, there’s a distinct shift toward hands-on, feel-good routines. In fact, such grandma hobbies are giving rise to a new trend called “nonnamaxxing” or a hankering for slower, more thoughtful ways of living.

Household cleaning brand Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day says it has always lived in such a world. Inspired by the garden (and channeling Thelma Meyer herself), the brand brings these moments indoors this summer with the return of its Summer Seasonals collection.

Tomato Vine has a “just-picked” scent of a morning spent in the garden; Blueberry feels like something sweet baking in the oven; Fresh Cut Grass brings in a just-back-from-outside, barefoot-in-the-yard feel; and Dandelion adds a light, whimsical touch.

The scents are available in dish soap, hand soap, room freshner, multi-surface everday cleaner and the brand’s new premium scented oil diffuser.
