Bubble, the dermatologist-developed skincare brand, has appointed Diana Rubin as its first chief marketing officer.

As Bubble enters its next phase of growth, Rubin will lead the company’s global marketing organization, overseeing brand strategy, integrated marketing, creative, communications, consumer engagement and growth initiatives.

“Diana joining Bubble as our first CMO marks an exciting new chapter for our company,” said Shai Eisenman, founder and CEO of Bubble Skincare. “She brings the rare combination of skincare expertise, strategic brand leadership and commercial acumen needed to help shape our future.”

Rubin has most recently served as vice president, Americas head of marketing at Sol de Janeiro, where she led marketing strategy across the region for one of the beauty industry’s fastest-growing brands.

“I’ve long admired Bubble for building a brand that has earned the trust of consumers by making effective skincare approachable, accessible, and genuinely community-driven,” said Rubin. “Bubble has created something incredibly special by listening to its audience and consistently delivering products that meet their evolving skincare needs. I’m thrilled to join this talented team at such an exciting moment in the company’s journey and help shape the next phase of growth while continuing to build meaningful connections with consumers around the world.”
