CellCeuticals Appoints New Board Members

Wildnauer and Yeh join executive team at cosmeceutical company.

CellCeuticals Skin Care, Inc named two new members to its executive board—Dr. Richard H. Wildnauer and Ms. Sally Yeh.

“We are confident that the vast business experience of Dr. Wildnauer and Ms. Yeh will prove to be an invaluable asset in helping to grow CellCeuticals Biomedical Skin Treatments,” said Dr. Garth Fisher, co-founder and chairman of the company.

“Over the course of the past year, CellCeuticals has been repeatedly honored by the industry for its innovative products and marketing,” added Paul Scott Premo, co-founder and chief executive officer. “On the heels of this noteworthy recognition, the addition of these two accomplished executives will allow us to increase momentum and capitalize on our successes.”

Dr. Wildnauer brings over 39 years of experience in the dermatological, cosmeceutical and pharmaceutical industries. He is the former president and chief executive officer of NeoStrata Company, Inc., where he was responsible for the strategic direction, profitability, corporate development and overall leadership of this medium size, privately-held company focused on technology based dermatological and cosmeceutical product development and marketing. Dr. Wildnauer also spent 25 years at Johnson & Johnson where he held senior executive positions in both R&D and business development at three J&J operating companies (Janssen Pharmaceutica, McNeil Pharmaceutical and J&J Domestic Operating Company) as well as J&J Corporate, spanning its pharmaceutical, dermatological, skin care and wound care businesses. Dr. Wildnauer has published numerous scientific articles in dermatology and skin care and is the inventor of one patent.

Sally Yeh, with over 25 years of experience in the health and beauty, fragrance, cosmeceutical and retail industries, is the co-founder of SunStar Idea Exchange, Inc., Irvine, California, an incubator that provides a “think tank” environment for start-up companies. She was the former president of Murad, Inc., where she formulated and implemented corporate strategies, explored and captured business opportunities worldwide and refined organizational structure to maximize company synergy and productivity for profitable growth. She has held executive positions at Clinique, the Erno Laszlo Institute and Clarins-Paris before becoming the president of Bijan Fragrances, Inc. Drawing upon her global resources and industry expertise and under her leadership, Bijan fragrances collected the three highest industry awards, among many others, while holding the record of being the top-ranking fragrances at Saks Fifth Avenue for four consecutive years following the initial launch. Serving concurrently as the CEO of Xel, Inc., a subsidiary of the Bijan Group of companies, she spearheaded the licensing partnership between designer Bijan and basketball legend Michael Jordan.
