Victoria Payne Promoted to CEO at Urban Skin Rx

Skincare brand markets formulas for uneven skin tone, hyperpigmentation and more.

Victoria Payne has been promoted to chief executive officer of Urban Skin Rx. She replaces company Founder Rachel Roff, who is stepping away from day-to-day operations to mentor women and minority-owned businesses. Prior to this appointment, Payne was chief financial officer at the company, which markets a range of skincare products for uneven skin tone, hyperpigmentation and dark marks.

Before entering the beauty space, Payne was senior finance manager at Lowe's and spent 13 years at Mountain Khakis in a variety of financial positions.

A licensed aesthetician, Roff launched Urban Skin Rx in 2006. The brand is available at retailers like CVS, Target, Ulta Beauty and Walmart.
