The Michigan Chapter’s Fall Scientific Symposium—The Future of Beauty—will take place Sept. 4 at the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids, MI.
The four talks scheduled during the symposium are “Regulatory aspects of non-traditional preservatives” by Janet Blaschke; “The future of beauty: trends and innovations to watch” by Mohamed Omer, Mintel; “Future trends in cosmetic and personal care ingredients” by Rebecca Gadberry, CEO of YG Laboratories; and “The future of testing and ethnic skin care” by Howard Epstein, EMD Millipore Corp.
A social event at the Frederick Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park will be held Sept. 3, according to the chapter.
