Procedure | |
Add all ingredients of phase A into a beaker. Heat until 60°C under stirring. Premix phase B ingredients on plate. When phase A reaches 60°C, add this premix under stirring and keep heating up to 85°C. Heat phase C to 85°C. Once phase B and C reach 85°C, add B to C under stirring. Cool mixture to 60°C. Premix phase D ingredients on plate. Add phase D to mixture at 60°C. cool to <40°C. Add phase E ingredients. pH is 6.04 and viscosity is 19 200 mPas. | |
