One-third of parents send their children to school with personal hygiene products such as sanitizers, gels and wipes, and one in five believe schools lack proper hygiene and sanitation supplies, according to the “National Cleaning” survey by The Soap and Detergent Association, Washington, DC. Also, 70% of parents believe classrooms are a primary channel to learn about proper hygiene and 70% were influenced by educators when they were children.
