Clarisonic, the popular skin care system, donated $500,000 to Look Good…Feel Better, a national program in which beauty professionals empower women with cancer.
The company has championed hope for patients since 2007 by raising funds for cancer prevention and awareness. Clarisonic, a sponsor of AFI Fest 2010, hosted the check ceremony in Hollywood at the week-long annual film festival to celebrate its partnership with Look Good…Feel Better. AFI Fest 2010, presented by Audi, was the perfect stage for Clarisonic to applaud new films that capture empowering, transformational performances, according to the company.
In honor of Look Good…Feel Better, Clarisonic recently introduced a limited edition Clarisonic Hope Mia Skin Cleansing System ($149) with a design inspired by the Look Good…Feel Better “Hope is Beautiful” public service campaign and from which $15 from every Clarisonic Hope Mia sold will be donated to the program. Additionally, throughout the event, Clarisonic has engaged attending celebrities to autograph Clarisonic Hope Mias to be auctioned during the holiday season with all proceeds benefitting Look Good… Feel Better.
Look Good…Feel Better will also be the beneficiary of funds raised from Clarisonic’s broader ongoing PINK campaign which includes $5 from every Clarisonic PINK Classic and Clarisonic PINK PLUS Skin Cleansing System purchased, and $4 from every Clarisonic PINK Mia Skin Cleansing System sold.
