The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) has opened registration for its 8th annual Executive Summit. Located at the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia in Scottsdale, Arizona, on November 17 and 18, 2021, the PBA Executive Summit brings together beauty industry leaders focused on uniting the industry and moving it forward.
New to the Executive Summit in 2021 are three Digital Sessions leading up to the main live event, all connected through the theme of “Creating the Future.” With the most respected names in the industry leading and participating in panel discussions, these sessions will tackle critical business issues including the shifting retail landscape, how the industry must adapt to evolving client expectations and the blurring lines between professional and consumer channels.
“The Executive Summit is the industry’s premier event for beauty leaders to come together to connect and collaborate with the shared goal of uniting and elevating the beauty industry,” shared PBA chief marketing officer and incumbent executive director Nina Daily. “This year’s theme of ‘Creating the Future’ ties in perfectly with our vision of inspiring and sparking innovation.”
Keynote Speaker
The featured Keynote Speaker this year is former McKinsey consultant and strategic advisor to top corporations, Kaihan Krippendorff. Krippendorff helps organizations thrive in today’s era of disruptive technological change. An accomplished author, Krippendorff has written four books on business strategy, growth and transformation, most recently Outthink the Competition. He is known for his ability to turn difficult concepts into easy-to-understand ideas that drive meaningful outcomes and actions. In addition to keynoting the live Executive Summit in November, Krippendorff will kick off each of the three Digital Sessions leading to the main event.
Executives who attended 2020’s Executive Summit, which was virtual due to the pandemic, represented the best in class in the professional beauty industry today including L’Oreal, Henkel, Coty and many more.
