Procedure | |
Charge vessel with water and begin heating to 75-80°C. Add citric acid and mix until dissolved. In a separate vessel blend phase B and heat to 75-80°C until all components are molten. Add molten oil phase to heated water phase while mixing. Continue mixing as emulsion cools. When emulsion temperature reaches 40-45°C, add phase C. Mix until uniform. | |
