At the “Tonight We Sleep” event in New York City, Kelly Fanning, senior brand manager at Johnson’s, opened the discussion about the importance of sleep. The event helped set the stage for the company’s "Tonight We Sleep" campaign, which is rolling out to 75 countries.
The Power of Scent
David Mays, senior director, global scientific engagement, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc., discussed the brand’s commitment to sleep research as well as the three-step bedtime routine. When it comes to stirring emotions, “scents are most powerful, but sounds are next,” he told attendees.

Speakers included Susan Stone, founder/creative direct of Cecilia, a company that offers music production, curation and licensing services. Johnson’s teamed with music Cecilia to create the global lullaby, which has seven regional versions to address variations across the globe.
