The oral cleaner also contains a biologically-active enzyme for breaking down material contained within the grooves in the surface of the tongue. It is comprised of one or more enzymes selected from the group consisting of lysozyme, amylase, amylglucosidase, glucoxidase, serrapeptase, papain and lactoferrin.
