A skincare routine wouldn’t be complete without a cleanser to take off the day. L’Oréal beauty brand Garnier is expanding its cleansers to include more skin types. With one bottle sold every three seconds, the growing Garnier Micellar Water family introduced its first micellar in a jelly texture. The new Micellar Cleansing Jelly Water is an all-in-1 charcoal facial cleanser, makeup remover and purifying toner that gently absorbs excess oil, according to the company. The micelles in the micellar water act like tiny magnets that capture and lift away dirt, sunscreen, makeup and other impurities. “Ultra-gentle” micellar cleansing jelly water with charcoal is suitable for face, lips and eyes, said the Happi Top 30 company.
