“The Humane Society of the United States is proud to have such prestigious names lending their support to our Be Cruelty-Free campaign,” said Pascaline Clerc, senior director of Animal Research Issues, in a statement to the media. “We hope their endorsement will influence the public to shop cruelty-free and increase support for ending the outdated and ineffective practice of cosmetic animal testing.”
