Mary Kay is spreading holiday cheer through its annual donation to TODAY's Holiday Toy and Gift Drive. As one of the largest contributors to the toy drive, Mary Kay Vice President of Sales Force and Marketing Support Allyson Sellers presented a $3 million donation this morning live on NBC's TODAY Show with anchors Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb.
"We know the holiday season can be a tough time financially for many families and we hope this donation to the TODAY Show Holiday Toy and Gift Drive will bring joy and excitement to deserving families across the country and abroad," said Kirsten Gappelberg, director of corporate social responsibility and sustainability for Mary Kay Inc. "Mary Kay Ash founded our Company on the Golden Rule and emphasized the importance of giving back. It's part of the Mary Kay heritage and we're honored to continue the Company's legacy of making a difference through this program and many others."
The 2017 donation brings Mary Kay's total investment in the program to more than $51 million.
