Orange House is debuting its line of cleaning agents into the US market.
“We’re so happy to introduce our extraordinary line to US consumers,” said Orange House Founder Lin Buxia, Ph.D. “A dedication to reducing our impact on nature has always been at the heart of our vision and why we originally developed Orange House. Partnering with orange juice factories in both Brazil and the U.S., we’ve been producing healthy, clean products for over a decade now—always insisting that we help foster a safer world for the next generation.”
Buxia is an agrochemical scientist who developed the formula while leading a team of scientists in Taiwan in 2008. Completely sustainable and made from locally-sourced natural ingredients, Orange House works with orange producers and factories using only orange by-products and peels to yield high-performance, cold-pressed essential oils. The result is a plant-based, scientifically tested proprietary formula made with food-grade ingredients resulting in a strong, non-toxic cleaning performance, according to the Minneapolis-based company.
Orange House says the line of detergents is hypoallergenic and phosphate- and cruelty-free – all while safely lifting dirt and odors from clothes, skin, and multiple household surfaces.
Orange oil has been used for generations as a reliable cleaning agent to degrease, polish, clean and deodorize, in addition to boasting antiseptic properties. When used in the kitchen, it cuts through stubborn grease buildup on pots and pans and works great when soaked in a mop to wash soiled floors.
In the coming months, Orange House says it will roll out other cleaning agents including detergents for babies, hand soaps and an all-purpose cleaner.
