Rhyz Inc—Nu Skin’s investment arm—has acquired BeautyBio, a skincare and beauty device brand founded in 2011 by Jamie O’Banion.
BeautyBio will continue to operate independently as an omnichannel brand, headed by O'Banion. The company will leverage opportunities for growth and cost efficiencies as part of the Rhyz ecosystem.
