Procedure | |
| Melt Mackamide CMA and cetyl alcohol (65-70°C). Hold temperature and with a Patterson mixer, slowly add Mackol CAS-100SG, Global Plus and titanium dioxide. Dilute lactic acid (Approximately 1.4%) in remaining water and slowly add the batch until the pH is 5.5-6.0. Add fragrance and preservative. Blend until the mixture is homogenous. Mill and extrude. | |
