Procedure | |
Mix A and C separately at 80°C. Add B to A and stir. Add 2) to C slowly stirring with a homo mixer at 5,000 rpm and stir at 9,000 rpm for 1 minute. Cool down with ice water stirring with a paddle. Add D to 4) and stir with a paddle (100 rpm, 10 minutes). | |
Properties | |
pH: 4.5-5.5 (25°C). Viscosity: 40,000-80,000 mPa.s (25°C Brookfield viscometer No.4 6 rpm). This formulation is stable for two months under the condition of 0°C, 25°C and 50°C. | |
