Dr. Hauschka appointed Carolina Hayes as vice president of sales. She joined Dr. Hauschka in 2011 with more than 20 years of beauty experience. Prior to Dr. Hauschka, she held beauty and sales executive functions for small and large companies within the natural, mass, drugstore and prestige categories. Hayes was Dr. Hauschka’s new business director from 2011 to 2014 when she assumed the role of education and business director. In May 2015, she was named vice president of sales.
Nicole S. Ktenas has been appointed director of sales for Dr. Hauschka’s Specialty Channel. She is a licensed esthetician with 11 years of experience in sales and marketing management. For six of those years, Ktenas was focused on the natural product industry. She started at Dr. Hauschka in 2012 as regional sales manager, Central Region. In her new role of director of sales, Specialty Channel, Ktenas is responsible for overseeing the brand’s sales performance nationwide in boutiques, spas, prestigious retailers, ecommerce sites and distributors.
Elizabeth Crowel has been named director of sales for the Natural Channel. She joined Dr. Hauschka with seven years of experience in managing business development and compliance management in the electronic recycling industry. Her career in sales and business development has always focused on companies where environmental sustainability, purpose, and social and environmental responsibility are integral to the mission of the organization. Crowel started her career at Dr. Hauschka as territory manager and was promoted to regional sales manager, West Region before assuming her new position.
Saysomphorn Sisavatdy has been named director of sales, Premium Mass & Pharmacy Channel for Dr. Hauschka. She joined the brand with 10 years of experience in professional sales. Prior to joining Dr. Hauschka, she worked at another natural brand for five years in sales. Saysomphorn joined Dr. Hauschka in 2012 and held the position of regional sales manager, East Region before assuming her new role.
