Professional skin care brand Babor rollled out a virtual shopping wall at the Phillip Stark designed Viceroy Spa, in Miami’s Brickell Key neighborhood. The bold and captivating virtual presentation offers spa goers the opportunity to easily identify the ideal skin care regime regardless of skin type or beauty concern.Installation of the Babor Virtual Selling Wall marks the first fixed retail installation for an in-spa display of this kind. The concept is taking customer engagement to a new level with compelling retail customer engagement. Babor skin care products are presented as solutions organized by skin type or beauty concerns such as combination, sensitive, dry, and mature skin. Consumers can easily review the wall while spa professionals are on hand to provide demonstrations and answer any additional questions they may have.
“The Spa at the Viceroy Miami is the perfect playground for Babor to launch this exciting new retail concept. As pioneers of innovation it is only fitting that Babor would be first to launch such an initiative within the spa space. This captivating and informative installation takes the guesswork out of selecting skincare products. Within a few seconds consumers can identify the perfect Babor home care regime before or after their spa services,“ said Brian Brazeau, CEO at Babor North America. “The future of the spa business looks very, very bright!"
